Easy set up
Since Corporate TV is a web-based application, it is easy to install. All you need is an open Internet connection and set up the screen with media player. You can control the system from anywhere in the world, as long you have access to the Internet. Via a personal log-in the user can manage and distribute content to all, several, some or any screen(s).
Content can be managed, playlists can be created and scheduled. The server will distribute the correct playlist to each designated player. It is optional to install a Content Distribution Server within your own network which will receive content via a secured connection (SSL or VPN).
Media Player
Our media player consists of a hardware platform based upon x86 CPU. In fact, it is a small but powerful PC. It runs on a LTS Ubuntu kernel that has been stripped and moulded by us for this specific purpose. We optimized the hardware drivers to fine-tune its functionality. Screen and media player can best be setup set up at locations where many people come and are not in a hurry, e.g. coffee corners, plazas, lobbies or corridors or even the workplace.

Software
The platform, operational since 2008, is developed by us, and benefits from our years of experience. We managed to translate all of the markets wishes into one flexible platform. It enables us to comply with altering demands of our customers and evolves continuously, like Mother Nature, but a lot faster!
We have the user at heart. The content management and distribution system offers an easy and quick operation and is a pleasure to work with. It encourages and motivates users and has a quick learning curve making it available for any type of user.
The software player is created to handle any broadcast without a glitch. Content is downloaded, stored and embedded in the running playlists without anyone noticing it. Problems are handled automatically without user interference and awareness.
Remote management, monitoring and notification
The platform offers remote control and management information, providing detailed information about the mediaplayer, connection status and other relevant data. This enables your helpdesk or IT organization to offer swift global service and support. The system can also send e-mails or text notifications when a media player has an operational deviation.
Corporate TV is an application for consistent internal signage
Each media player can play multiple playlists with items that are uploaded by you or any other stakeholder. Even without letting them near the Content Management System that controls the application. Simply by creating a portal for them, where they can upload their specific content and place it in a corporate-approved template. All you have to do is add the media item in the playlist.
RSS feeds make it possible to show third party content on the screens: traffic- and weather information, local or global news, sports results, stock indices and much more. This ensures that Corporate TV can be recognized as the Corporate channel for internal communications.
