His background: Group MD several recruitment and detachment firms. Have managed a portfolio of businesses with different PMC’s and executive directors. Ruben is a marketeer with a passion for Corporate TV. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and started his career in the staffing industry working in both area management positions and key account management. He gained extensive experience in working with international corporate clients and lead a team of 35 professionals in the Eindhoven region. Since 2004 he has been involved in digital signage and worked on several initiatives and projects, gaining valuable experience in the fields of concept development, management, content and marketing. Ruben co-founded Signips and focuses on business development, content and concept development and marketing & PR.

Irwen is our training and support specialist. He has a background in software development, implementation of software environments and advising Coorporate solutions for business operations. He is often referred to as a driven project- operations manager with great people skills.
He has years of experience in the narrowcasting business coming from the early adapters in this branch .
Irwen co-founded Signips and his responsibilities within the Signips team lie on the rollout of projects in the broadest sense with the installation of hardware, system implementation, training and user support as primary tasks.

IT is in Laurens’ blood. Ever since he’s gotten his first PC, he has been building applications and games. His first game was finished when he was 7 years old! He aced his high-school programming class and while attending university, he received several awards for innovations in the field of computer chip-design and web programming. Before SignIPS, Laurens was already involved in several successful web ventures and IT projects. At SignIPS, Laurens is responsible for the main system design and programming.
